If there is one thing freelancers have a problem with, its getting organized. Be it organizing files, invoices, our time, or even our desk. We as creative people don’t organize well. I think its safe to say that most of us are designers first and business second.
The fact that many of us work from our home also makes it hard to organize our time. It’s easy to loose motivation and go watch TV or run to the store. How many times have you got tired of a project and wasted hours clicking around at random pages on the internet? Don’t lie.
There are a million and one website, books, e-book, applications, methods and more; all designed to help people get organized. Theres no right or wrong way to do it. Some people like paper lists while others prefer Outlook. This section of the site will cover any and all organizational tools and ideas we come across.
