If you have spent any amount of time looking at Magazine/Newspaper style wordpress themes, you have no doubt seen the Mimbo theme. Unlike many free wordpress themes out there, Mimbo is a quality free wordpress template. Its outstanding design, usability, sleek coding, and attention to detail are just of the great features found in the Mimbo theme.

While the original Mimbo theme could have easily been a premium theme its self, Darren felt the lack of graphical design held it back. Lucky for use, Darren decided to make the original Mimbo theme a community project. Living it free for designers to developed as they so pleased.

Recently, Darren has been working on a Premium version of the Mimbo theme. This version of the them has more attention to the graphical design of the theme, as well as many “high end” features found on other premium wordpress themes.
