While I am no web developer by any stretch of the imagination, I do enjoy some cool CSS tricks and AJAX scripts. Today’s Six Shooter Links cover some cool CSS resources I have come across over the last few months.

I know some of these are old news, but I felt they were worth sharing.

  2. CSS Editors Reviewed - A closer look at some of the top CSS editors out there. Why the rock and why the suck.

  3. Web-Based Tools for Optimizing, Formatting and Checking CSS - This post looks at online tools for optimizing CSS code. Some nice reviews of all the popular tools.
  4. Nine techniques for CSS Image Replacement - Chris explores some methonds of replacing a text page element with an image. Lots of neat ideas here.
  5. CSS Sprites: What are they and how to use them. - Another great article by Chris that explains what CSS sprites and why you should be using them.

  6. 53 CSS-Techniques You Couldn’t Live Without - Another one by Smashing magazine that covers some of the most popular CSS tricks.
