How to Create Glowing Lines

It seems glowing things are all the rage these days. As such, I thought I’d share with you a simple Photoshop tutorial that shows you how to create glowing lines. The end result is a cool effect perfect for backgrounds, wallpapers, rave flyer’s, and other design projects.
