I already use FreshBooks for managing my expenses as well as tracking my projects currently on the go. I do like FreshBooks a lot. For me, it makes a lot more sense to use it than breaking out the accounting packages. They don’t offer many of the freelance functionality that FreshBooks does, nor are they anywhere near as simple as FreshBooks. The fact that I can use it at any location without having to tote software around with me or ensuring a server is set up correctly is a nice perk; It is great to be able to sit in my yard, the coffee shop or the clients’ site and be able to do work in FreshBooks is the best part of it.

My tax preparer even likes how the reports are laid out; They are easy to glance at and he can even glimpse over the numbers to see if I had made a mistake instead of just bringing a 1-page summary. It is great.

My business is growing however and I’m ready for the next step into FreshBooks; Currently, I cycle in and out my current clients for billing which does make it awkward. I’ve been meaning to bite the bullet and jump on the ‘Bus’ and ride FreshBooks to productivity and profit!

I recently tried freshbooks as a trial. I really liked it - fact is I can’t afford the cash right now. I am working on making my freelance business full time - scary! I know it’s going to take some months to gear up, but this would definitely help out. Freshbooks Rocks!

I should win because I personally believe that some developers out there in our nations don’t have invoicing software and that everywhere such as South Africa and the Iraq , everywhere like and such as, so that I can build up my future for our children…

I am a 25 year old graphic designer who is now venturing out into her own business. I started developing Diamonte Designs about 2 months ago but this has been my dream for about 6 years. I know there were a lot of things I had to learn before I started on this journey. I believe that this will help me develop my business and hopefully become an entrepreneur.

    Thank you,

There are a lot of things I need to do at the moment as I prepare to set up my freelance web strategy consultancy:
    - I need to finalise the wording in my contracts
    - I need to get my website online
    - I need to start developing my online “brand”
    - I need to prepare a stable of clients
    - I need to be prepared to track time, send invoices and accept payments

…and all of this needs to be possible for me to do from anywhere in the world!

I have a lot to get done! A FreshBooks Shuttle Bus account gives me that little extra I need from FreshBooks to let me tick off one item from that list. And if things go well, I’ll be upgrading to a Limousine before the year runs out! ;)

I have just started a free lance business doing design and development and found this the perfect solution for my books. I only have a few clients and so the free version is fine for now.

I am a little hesitant to go out and get more business because I can’t afford a book system but having a shuttle bus account at Fresh Books will make my day…

    Thanks Guys!
