Layer Styles uses the exact same UI as Photoshop. Can be pretty handy when you’re looking for the quickest way to convert a PSD mockup in HTML/CSS code.

That’s very cool. Not just for PSD conversion (I rarely do that in any case), but just in terms of quick and easy code setup for page elements. Great link.
