Many people sound surprised when i tell them of the sort of things WordPress is capable of. Sure, they no it can build blogs and websites, but most are blown away to hear it can build job boards, coupon sites, and more. WordPress can certainly do a lot if you have the right developer. Currently the website acts like an aggregator of a number of other popular job sites such as eLance and oDesk. Of course, the site is open for manual submissions as well. Theres no doubt that in time this site will slowly weed out the aggregated job offers for purely manual submissions.

It seems like mini-niche job boards like this are popping up all over the place these days. How do you guys feel about this?
