Discussion: What do you do for your clients during the holidays?

I have always heard that it is good business practice to keep in touch with clients. Not just over the holidays, but year round. They say sending a card here and there or a small gift can go a long way towards keeping your name in the front of a clients head.

Sounds like a good idea, but one I have yet to really follow through on.

What about you? Do you regularly check in on clients? Do you do anything special for them during the holiday months?
