It seems like you can never have enough paint related brushes for photoshop. Splatters, water color effect, and some high quality strokes can make their way into just about any design. This is a collection of some of the best free paint related photoshop brushes from Deviant Art.

Many of the artists just ask that you send them a link of the finish product so they can see how you used their brushes, please do this if you are able to.
